" Even though I had paid them in advance. I was sent an email calling me fraudulent person. I was never subjected to greater humiliation in my life. When I contacted them about the email, they said that they could not find any information about the address that I had provided. Their inability to find information about my address seems to be sufficient reason to imply that I am a cheat. That too after receiving my money. My mailing as well as billing address are the same. If the credit card company, my bank, Amazon and other such reputable firms did not have any issues with my address, I cannot see how this merchant has issues. Furthermore the merchant has nothing to do with my house, all that the transaction requires is that they receive payment and deliver the goods. When I contacted them they were not at all apologetic. I would like other prospective customers to take note of the treatment that I received."
