"While attempting to check out, I repeatedly received messages that the transaction failed, with the reason code that they could not connect to the AmEx server. While still in checkout, I attempted to call the company at 1:35 pm on a regular Friday workday. Their answering machine responded each time that they were closed. I would be cautious of someone whose servers cannot reach Amex and whose answering machine indicates they are closed when called during normal business hours. I left my phone number for a call back."

"I purchased a Canon Photo Printer from this seller. The overall experience was excellent and satisfactory in every way. The goods were brand new and arrived in the sealed manufacturer's box exactly as described and in good condition.
I had searched the web extensively before the purchase and I found their price VERY competative. I odered this item by telephone after getting information from their web site. Their order confirmation by email was effectively instantaneus. It seemed to be automatically trigged by the order entry. I could track the shipping through their web site but they also supplied (on their web site) the carriers tracking number so I could track it independantly. I got the tracking number the next day but when I looked it seemed as if the product had been shipped with in a very few hours of the order being placed. Although the shipping was by ground it arrived VERY quickly. (Within two days)
It appears that they have several shipping locations arround the country not all mentioned on their web site and that they have the ability QUICKLY to find the product in the warehouse nearest to the customer and ship from there. This results in a very short shipping time or at least it did so in my case.
The whole transaction was efficient and pleasant and every thing was exactly as advertised. I would, and have, ordered again from this shipper.

"Disappointed... Their fraud protection goes to the point of violating customers private information. In order to request priority shipping, you need to fax them a copy of your driver's license, and both sides of the credit card. Credit card, fine, but I am not comfortable sending my drivers license to any company that requests it. Since it wasn't a personal purchase, I was able to work out a way around it, but had this been for personal use, I would be concerned."
