Horrible

"Bought 2 Electric scooters. Box came broken open parts were missing. I called filed a claim sent pictures told them what was missing 4 weeks still waiting no call back no email nothing. I will never do business with Shopko again. They stride on customer satification more like customer irritation. NEVER AGAIN only gave a one star because I had to. They are a zero in my book!!!"

So much better than the reviews made me believe!

"Maybe because it's not the holidays (that seemed to be the issue with some of the other reviews), I placed AND RECEIVED my complete, correct order within a week. It's April 2016, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The prices beat the sales prices at other retailers, and the shipping was really fast. "

"Shopko.com is absolutely HORRIBLE! I placed an order with the guarantee I would receive my gift by 12/24. I kept checking the status of my order and it always said "processing." Finally wrote them an email - three days later, still no response (they say they will respond within 2 business days- Ha!). So, I called them and got some long drawn out recording about how they had too many orders to process and shipping is delayed. I went in to look at the status today -- they cancelled my order. Didn't tell me why. I will never, never order from them again. I hope their business suffers because of the way they treat their customers."

"Ordering from Shopko.com is a mistake I will never make agin!!! On December 12,2015 I placed an order for items in an ad emailed to me. It's been 10 days and still no shipping confirmation! I've sent 2 emails that have not been answered, phone calls are answered with a recording about shipping delays and the order does not show up on my account. I did get an order confirmation after I placed the order. Orders I placed with other companies on the same day were delivered 5 days ago! The ad I responded to was clearly targeting Christmas giving ... REALLY???!

"If there was a 0 star rating, I would pick it. This is the worst online store I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on Nov 27th and today is Dec 11th. It is still showing processing. I called to cancel the order and was told I cannot do that, but there was no estimate as to when it would ship. One time I called and was told it would definitely ship the next day and I would get an email confirming that. Of course no email. I told them both on the phone and by email to cancel the order. It is stupid for them to ship it now and make me pay for returning it. I have already ordered it elsewhere. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPKO.COM."

"Wrote one email--no response--talked to customer service--2 TIMES--told would be getting an email today regarding my order being processed--NO EMAIL.

Wrote a second email this am--no response.

I ORDERED an igloo ice maker on NOVEMBER 24--2 WEEKS AGO!!!!!---NO info except a thank you RECEIVED 11/28/2015 for my order, so now in limbo--order confirmation #474621--Now, this same icemaker advertised in this weeks circular at my store.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. ONCE THIS MESS IS CLEARED UP I PROMISE YOU--WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM SHOPKO AGAIN!!!!!!!

It has now been 16 days and order still in processing. I ordered from Walmart and Kohls the same day and had my order at my door a week later. They also deal with the same Post Office or UPS that you do--so a lame excuse. I will NEVER ORDER FROM SHOPKO AGAIN AND WILL LIMIT STORE PURCHASES--when available, will do price match with Walmart--will tell EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT YOUR AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"ONLINE REVIEW ONLY brick and mortar has always been just fine. On 11/30 I placed an order for Christmas decorations for my daughter to be shipped to her at school. A couple of days later I called customer service because I couldn't "see" the order online. I said I hoped that meant it was shipped (the rep actually laughed - should have been my first clue). He said, "everything is available and the order is in process, it should ship tomorrow". On 12/7 I received an email showing that ONE item shipped, when I look up the order online it says that only one of the items is still available. I called customer service again, after being in the queue for 15 minutes the rep says, "everything is available and the order is in process, it should ship tomorrow", I said, "I'm sorry, I don't doubt you but they told me that a week ago". She tersely replied, "online orders take four to five days to process". I explained that this was shipping to my daughter at school and that if it didn't get there this week she would be coming home next week and there was no point. I asked if I could cancel the order, she said, "No, because it is in process." I thanked her for her time and she closed with the most disheartened thank you I've ever heard. NEVER again, Shopko is a fine and respectable brick and mortar store but they should exit the online retailing if they can't handle it. Very disappointed."

"This review is from the store in East Grand Forks, MN. I was treated very rudely by a store manager following my concern. I tried to use a $5 off coupon for a purchase on toys. The check out girl couldn't do it, so she called a manager over. I had a $75 bill, just in toys. The manager told me that the coupon wouldn't work because a toy chest isn't considered toy merchandise. When I pressed the issue because I'm wondering-why a TOY chest isn't considered toy merchandise, she very rudely told me it was storage and acted like I should of known that. I know it's only a $5 off coupon and not worth the argument, but any other store would have credited the $5 because the coupon was misleading. So instead of having a $75 sale you guys ended up with only a $16 dollar sale because I didn't buy the toy chest out of principle. So my complaint is the way I was talked to and having a coupon that was clearly misleading. I live close to this Shopko, but would rather now drive to the other side of the neighboring town and go to Target, where customers are treated with respect and if there is a misleading coupon a manager has always taken the coupon anyway. I would have given this store 0 stars, but I had to select at least one. Horrible experience and horrible customer service."

"On September 19, 2015, I shopped at the Regal Shopko in Spokane, Washington. The people in the electroics department were very knowledgeable and were willing to help. My trouble started at the cash register, My daughter and I had checked out, i was waiting for the receipt and she took the cart out to our car. Then the cashier asked for my ID, (I had just completed a debit transaction) I said that it was in the car and i would go get it. She said ok but to bring the cart with all items back into store. I explained that i would be glad to bring my ID and even offered to have her hold my credit card while I went to get it. She insisted that I bring the cart back in, before this all started the transaction had been approved. I said that i was sure my daughter had loaded the items and that I would gladly show her my ID but I wasn't bring the cart back. She called her manager and said I need to see your ID and the cart must be brought back. Meanwhile people are lined up behind me. I again offered her my credit card and said I would be right back. She stopped me with, you need to bring the items back into the store. I asked her to call her manger and i ran out the door got my purse and returned. After putting my Drivers License through a microscope, she said my ID matched. I met the manager as I turned to leave and he asked how things were going, I just looked at him and left.
I have shopped at Shopko stores throughout Utah, Idaho and Wyoming, never have I been treated so poorly. I would not recommed this store to anyone, I will check out another Shopko in Spokane before leaving, hoping it was just that store and not Spokane stores in Washington.

"Shopko may look like a legit online retailer but they are not. I ordered a TV on shopko.com for Black Friday. Over the few following days I checked the status of my order online and it stayed on "New". Finally on the Wednesday, I call the customer service where they tell me they had a backlog for Black Friday and it will ship in the afternoon. Next day, the order is still shown as new so I call again and get the exact same answer from another representative. After sending an email, I get a the exact same answer one day later. So I call again and the representative tells me that they have no idea when it's going to ship. He can't even tell me if I'll get anything before Christmas 2015 !!

This may be a legit brick and mortar store but this is NOT an online retailer. They are the worst, you will never see your order. Black Friday can't be an excuse. Not only was it foreseeable but sales numbers were lower than last year so it should have been even faster.

Shopko did deliver the TV after all and has been calling to follow up on the delivery.

"I had the most inappropriate customers service problem. Shopko advertises 15% off for Senior citizens. the first wednesday of each month. I went in with my 2 small grandchildren . Bought 2 boxes of diapers and proceeded to checkout. The sippy cup was advertised 50% off. they gave me $.67 off.. so i asked where was my discount. Oh it is suppose to be buy one get 50% off.....What about the 15% off for senior citizens ....The cashier said, no does'nt apply to diapers. I said that is not how you advertise. She said well ok I will go ask manager. Comes back says " can't do it, things like electronics , etc. no 15% discount.. No so sorry or wish it was different. Snarky short and move along....So were is this written i say. they can't find it anywhere. so about that time the manager happens to come around the corner humming a tune. I say I do not plan to shop at this store due to their false advertising. cashier says maybe we should change our sign? Manager says can't do anything it is our policy you need to go to corporate office. I got home called store asked for the corporate office number and she told me to go online. I said I did not want to. she says just a minute and puts me on hold. doesn't come back. I hang up. I do not appreciate their attitudes and the way they brushed me off. I was a problem. Shopko has not impressed me and this was the last straw for me...I am a 62 year old grandmother raiseing two grandchildren. How are they honoring Senior citizens...by lying to them......So where's my 15% off.....Corporate Office fails to give out the limitations on their 15% discount. How convenient.
Very disappointed customer.

"The product arrived defective. The shipping was UPS to USPS which meant it took about 5 days.
When I called Shopko said they would accept a return and even though the product was defective I was responsible for the freight for the return.
The length of time shipping, a defective product and asking me to pay to return the shipment adds up to a 100% bad customer experience

"Placed an order for a furinature item. UPS delviery date was scheduled for 3/14/2014. Item tracking has been stuck since 3/11 in IN. UPS states package most likely lost and that retailer should contact them to start a delivery trace. Reached out to ShopKO CS that UPS indicates they should initiate a trace supervisor states they cannot do that until full 10 business days after ship date, they indicate that the results of the trace will take 10-14 business days on top of the full 10 business days. I advise that will cause intrest charges to incur on my purchase and why should I be reponsible for that when it's their responsibility to initiate the trace that UPS says to do so. Rep kept quoting their policys, had to initiate dispute charges so they can deal with my credit card as i'm not going to waste my time bickering with such an open and shut lost case even UPS admits its lost. Talk about a supervisor not wanting to do their job."
