I am very pleased with the service as well as the availability to use my 2 day shipping with Amazon Prime. The item was exactly what I ordered. The price was the same as retail, however, every retail store I checked was out of stock in my size, so I am happy I found them at Shopbop."
"I ordered what was supposed to be a alice+olivia jacket from there a day after having ordered it in white from bloomingdales because it was cheaper and I figured I could just return the bloomingdales one. When it came in there was something off, the jacket wouldn't fall correctly and the material was just ugly so I sent it back. I received my bloomingdales order and realized that the two items were almost completely different in quality and fit (mind you I ordered the same size from both places). Either the Shopbop one was a TOTAL fake or they buy factory seconds. Either way, the discount is not worth it and I am NEVER trusting them again.
Also, I sent the jacket back literally half an hour after I received it and 10 days later have yet to receive my refund. If this continues until Monday, I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card company."

DO NOT purchase from these creeps w/out checking other reputable stores/sites.. Farfetch, Neimans, Barneys... Shopbop charged me hundreds of dollars more than what Neimans, FArfetch, and Barney's were charging... then told me they would match, BUT DIDN'T! They are scammy! "Shopbop canceled my order and didn't inform me. The customer service kept saying the transaction was canceled by my credit card. It was a big lie. And they didn't honor the promotion if I placed the order one more time as the promotion expired. The customer service showed no respect to me and I was extremely disappointed. I would never ever shop this company again."
"Ordered three items listed as IN STOCK on the web site, received order confirmation, and temporary credit card authorization. Boots did not arrive, and upon investigation discovered ShopBop cancelled the order without any notice; because they did not actually have one of the items. Re-ordered the other two items, only to have the same shenanigans occur - order was cancelled with no notice, and the two items were apparently not available either. What a disappointing experience, but sadly not unexpected given the numerous poor reviews of these charlatans. I took a risk, and it did not pay off."
