After three emails to customer service who repeatedly tell me that it comes automatically I still have not received it. Thankfully I took the voucher no which I had to pass on. What a great disappointment to me!. No satisfaction whatsoever."
"delivery was much quicker than expected, i bought the product as my dog has cancer and i wanted to boost her health as much as possible, she was withdrawn and losing hair, i am happy to say that her hair has grown back and she is back to her cheeky self and her tumor for the moment appears to have been contained. I used other natural products in conjunction with manuka honey but since my first order i have decided that my dog and I will not do without out it. whether i have the honey to thank or not this product has amazed me. very very happy with the service i received as i also received an extra pot of honey which was gratefully accepted."

I buy bee product in shop new zealand, in february 2009 we went my wife and i to New zealand with a ship and in the bay of plenty we went to a shop to see bees. there whe buy propolis product. Several month after i try to find bee products on internet and i see again the picture of the shop we were in holiday at the bay of plenty. So i manage to buy again propolis product and royal gelée to try. It was a very good expérience, the product come to my home in only 10 days, an in very good conditions. I can see the journey (travel) of the products by post mail through internet and it's a very good thing. To buy product from a place we were in holiday it's look like we are always in this beautiful country.
