"Placed order early in the morning on day 1. When no tracking information had been received by late on day 2, I tried to check my order status on their web site. Their order status page claimed that it could not find my order. I emailed and asked what was up. They responded rudely, gave me my tracking number, and claimed that I had been emailed it and it must have ended up in my spam folder. I run my own mail server, so I know for a fact that they had never sent me the tracking number in email."

"This site is scam, the products they sell don't work. I order product for my little one for a Christmas gift and I'm very disappointed. Product never worked out of the box. Customer service told me they test all products that goes out of the warehouse yet all packing and everything was brand new sealed when I received it. Customer server phone number is awful they don't pick up when finally do direct everyone to the website contact us page and do not get back. In submitted few times return request and they told me I never submitted a request in time and now there return policy says 7 days.
I do not recommend anyone to use this site."
"Be careful....the items are not presented in descriptions on website. When I ordered ($600) and then tried to return the items because they were plastic, I was told that a refund was not allowed on holiday items. I told then that they did not represent the items fairly in description. They hung up on me several times. The customer support team is very rude. They will not give me their address so I can send the items back. Buyer beware!"
"After a lot of searching and price comparing, this store had the best price I could find. My order showed up very fast (I chose UPS ground and it showed up in 2 days, so they must have shipped it right away when I ordered it). All in all, the transaction was a smooth as could be, and I will definitely shop there again in the future."
