"I ordered something through Shop.com from Unbeatable Sale on 9-15-16. I received a confirmation saying that it would be delivered between 9-20 and 9-25. Today is 9-26 and I have not received anything. I called Shop.com. I talked to a woman in customer service. She put me on hold for a while. Then she came back to the phone and said she would call me back so I would not have to hold so long. I confirmed my phone number with her and I hung up the phone. I waited one hour and 20 minutes. Then I called back. I talked to Nathan who was trying very hard to help me. He said the woman had gone home for the day. He called Unbeatable Sale and put us on a conference call. Zack at Unbeatable Sale could not give me a tracking number. He said he would "email the warehouse". I asked him if the item had even been shipped yet. His reply was that he still had a three day window within eight business days. All that means to me is that he was giving me the 'crapola'. I am new at shopping through Shop.com, and I am a new Unfranchised Owner. I wonder if I should rethink both positions. "
