I am still waiting for the refund. No reputable company will charge you until the product that you have ordered is available. Avoid this site!!!"

"The only negative aspect of my first order was that I ordered two pair of a specific boot, but only one pair was sent due to lack of inventory, however, I was promptly informed of the order shortage by email, and my CC promptly credited. Placing the order over the holiday weekend might have caused their system not to correctly update the qty. on hand.

In conclusion, the website was a breeze to navigate and to place the order, selection was fine, pricing excellent, shipping was prompt, communications prompt and the goods were just as advertised.

Since I had not checked my email when the shipment arrived, I was not aware of the inventory shortage, so I immediately called the store. The phone experience was also positive, the phone was answered on 2-3 rings, the clerk was pleasant and the correct info was provided.

What else can I ask for? I just placed a 2nd order!!!
