Awful company

"Was sent a pair of sneakers that I tried on only in my house to see if they fit right. They were way too big so I packaged them up and sent them back. Only to have them sent back to me saying they would not accept them because they were scuffed! I literally had them on my feet for maybe three minutes. Awful customer service. "

AWFUL COMPANY

"I strongly recommend DO NOT use this company. Made a purchase then I had to return it because they sent the incorrect size ordered, they don't honor a straight exchange considering it's their error, instead you have to place a new order then wait to be reimbursed for the initial order which they messed up. The second order was shipped via UPS and the incorrect address was printed on the shipping label resulting into never being delivered. When I contacted SHOES.COM, they supposedly opened an investigation which can take 1-10 days, UPS contacted me acknowledging it was an error on the shipper's behalf. SHOES.COM still haven't resolved the issue after 2 weeks in which I made several attempts to find some closure on the matter. They simply delivers very poor incompetent customer service. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! "

Mailed me used shoes

"I purchased a pair of shoes from Shoes.com and they sent me a pair of used shoes. I called to start the return and they sent me an email that I would have to pay a restocking fee. I called back and they agreed to waive the fee as a "one time exception." They act like they are doing me a favor by waiving the fee???? Now I have to be inconvenienced by having to ship them back. Terrible experience. "

Stole My Money

"absolutely the worst online experience I ever had. Ordered to pair of shoes and one arrived. After another week of waiting for the order to arrive, I attempted to cancel the order by phone. Phone support is a joke. They offered nothing. So I notified PayPal that the shoes never arrived and next thing I knew, the order was cancelled. But, that just meant no shoes, they refused to return my money - $89.96. Slimeball company. "

Dont' waste your money or time

"Telephone customer service is off-shore - don't expect them to understand you or to care. I was sent the wrong shoes and had to take time off work to send them back. Even though this was their mistake I was told I had to re-order to get the shoes I ordered. I was never sent an email telling me that the shoes were shipped. I will never buy from them again. This is the second time I ordered from them - the first time I was sent shoes that were the wrong color. I didn't bother to complain, but they won't get your order right, so don't bother. I recommend finding a local shoe store if you can."

A very good experience ... exceeding my expectations!

"Purchased three (3) pairs of shoes from Shoes.com. The shoes were received relatively quickly. I tried the shoes and found that (unfortunately) only one (1) pair fit well. I found myself having to return the remaining pairs to Shoes.com. Having read previous reviews I was concerned that I would have difficulty getting my refund (less restocking fees). The process was actually quite easy and painless. I went online and printed shipping labels for the return. After dropping the boxes off at UPS and proceeded to wait. The returns were received AND my refund was posted the same day!

It is unfortunate that only 1 out of 3 shoes fit well ... but I cannot fault Shoes.com with that. Everything else they did was handled well and professionally. Will consider purchasing from them again.

Do not waste your time!

"Ordered a pair of shoes this weekend, item listed as in stock, three days later I finally get a message that they had canceled my order. They said the item was out of stock and I could expect a refund within ten business days. Automated emails, and when I did get human response, the rep “Ashika” provided a generic hollow response “we look forward to doing business with you Im the near future.” Not likely. "

"They keeping sending me email about their shoes on sale. by applying the promotional code. When I apply the code, it said it is already applied but the price did not change and if click to verify, it said this product does not offer a promotion. This scumbag try to trick people to buy their shoes. "

Highly Satisfied

"I have been looking for a replacement pair of Chacos for some time now. I did some research, and the best deal I found was with Shoes.com. When I bought the shoes, the website had a 20% sale going on, but I quickly found a coupon for $30 off- which for my purchase knocked off a couple extra dollars. I also opted to go with the free shipping option in checkout. I found the website was easy to use, and I had lots of options.
Before I made my purchase, I looked at reviews for this website and was horrified with the lackluster experiences. But, I decided to go on a limb and make the purchase.
I received my confirmation email right away, and the shipping information a few days after. The shoes came when they said they would, and they’re perfect. Overall, I had a good experience.
Here are some recommendations if you choose to do business with Shoes.com:
1. Know what you’re buying is good quality and the right size,
2. If you need the shoes quickly, go ahead and spend the extra few bucks and get express shipping,
3. Look around for any coupons! I found mine at Retailmenot.com

Liars, thieves, and Crooks!!!

"I recently ordered a pair of slippers from Shoes.com - a HORRIBLE mistake!! One of the slippers had been sewn improperly (terribly so!!), so the slipper was balled up on the bottom. I asked for a received a refund label, and also asked for a new pair of slippers to be sent. That's when the customer service s**t started!! "We can't give you a refund or send you another pair". 'You must buy a second pair (the price had gone up by $15 by that time) at the full price, send us the first pair, and our staff will determine if a refund is warranted". I sent in the original pair...and have never heard form the company again. Never. Never, ever. No refund, no returning my emails inquiries, putting me on holds and never getting back to me if I actually reached a customer service person (on that rare occasion). What a bunch of thieves and crooks!! I will pursue the case with the BBB and with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY CALLED SHOES.COM!!!!! "

DO NOT order from Shoes.com!!

"I have only ever placed one order with shoes.com. and now I will never order from them again. When I placed the order, I got an immediate confirmation from PayPal, but two weeks later I have never received one email from Shoes.com. I called their customer service line and spent 45 minutes trying to explain to the young man why it is a problem that their company does not confirm orders via email. The poor guy was completely confused. It sounded like this might be his first day on the job. The background noise on the call was terrible. Finally a supervisor came on the line and said this kind of thing happens all the time, and she did not know what happened to my shoes. She offered to send an email message to another department to see whether they might be able to help. I asked her if Shoes.com is a real company or a couple of guys in a garage. She said it’s a real company but I am not sure she has any idea what she’s talking about. It turns out that the reason I didn’t get my shoes is that the shipper, shoes.com, left my street name off the package. Do not order from these people, they are clueless!"

Nasty Customer Service

"I ordered a pair of shoes. My package came in, I was notified. I get to UPS to discover I was sent a size 3 of the wrong shoe. I am a big man. I wear a 13. So, I call them and get the worst Customer Service ever. Most companies cater to the customer and situation. I was livid when they tried to punish me for their mess up. With no remorse about how important this package may have been for the next day. I am completely dissatified with the unprofessionalism and this group that terrorized on the phone. I am still fired up! No refund or shipment of my shoes. I was told it would have to be placed under investigation. I am so mad. I want my shoes and my money for ruining my day with terror. Yea, still fired up!"

Good Experience

"I felt like writing a review because I almost didn't make a purchase from this site after reading all the negative reviews. I found a pair of boots for about $30 less than anywhere else + free shipping. They arrived in 4 days! I decided to purchase them in another color because I was so pleased with the whole experience. I always look at shipping & return policies before I buy anything online. Shoes.com shouldn't get such a bad rap just because some people didn't look at the return policy and are surprised/upset by having to pay $7 for restocking. I think shoes.com has great deals and free shipping is the best. However, I didn't have to communicate with customer service at all, so I can't speak on that."
