The look of the shoes aren't appealing anymore

"I've been a true Shoe Dazzle client for well over 10 years. I stopped due to me having to have 2 knee replacements. I would order at 1 time at least 8 pair of heels at a time. Now, I'm able to wear them again, but either you don't have my size or they're not appealing to me. Sorry to say I will cancel my subscription after I receive my order of summer sandals. The sad thing is I'm purchasing the same pair from 3 years ago. "

"Sited changed a lot I feel like even with all my credits they weren’t really correlating to the amount and items I was purchasing. Love the different styles of clothes and shoes just feel like the amount per month I pay for a credit isn’t really worth anymore the old way the site ran was way better in my opinion."

Good methods but sometimes bad execution

I had ordered about $163 worth of items & spent $127 of my own money . I was living on a college campus so the delivery service that was set to deliver my package thought it was a bright idea to sit my $163 package outside of our post office while it was closed at 10:00 at night ! I reported it to about 7 different people on the shoe dazzle team & they didn’t replenish my vip credit accumulation of my money that was stolen or reship the items i had bought . They tried to make it seem like there was absolutely nothing they could do and i haven't shopped from them since. Fyi, don't sign up for the credit because if you do, you’d want to make sure your package actually makes it to you. Thats what upset me the most, the courier could’ve waited until my building was open or marked it as an incomplete order . Since the careless deliverer marked my order as complete, they tried making it seem like i had already gotten my items or someone really did steal my package. Even though it shows i never got my items i paid for, i hope the deliverer was fired and shoe dazzle caught backlash for their consistent arrogant negligence. I thought they were a great team at first because they seemed really helpful, attentive, and relatable to their customers when unfortunate events happen! Now, I dont know. I most definitely cannot say the same now. I might give the site ONE more try since its been over a year and a half since i even type Shoedazzle in my browser.

"This has been my go to shoe store. I'm not a fan of the changes & the deals aren't what they use to be. I'm thinking about canceling my membership. The selection is lacking lately. Although I can always find something I like."
