What a joke!

"I ordered a pair of Reebok sneakers and received a pair that was different than what I ordered. They no longer have a customer service line so I emailed them. After several emails I finally got one back about two weeks after the first email. I explained the issue and was told I wouldn’t have to pay a restocking fee since they sent the wrong shoe. I noticed today a few weeks after returning them by mail that they did indeed charge me a restocking fee. So now I’m out the shipping fee and restocking fee. This business is a joke! "

Terrible customer service

"As far as we can tell, the only way this company can be reached with customer issues is via email. My daughter bought a pair of shoes from this company. She wasn't sure about the fit so she contacted them and asked whether she could wait to return the first pair until she ordered another pair a half-size smaller. She never heard back.

When she goes to order the second pair, she gets a 30% discount because she works in healthcare. The second pair of shoes arrives and she finds that the first pair did fit better. She sent another email asking whether the discount that was applied to the second pair of shoes could be applied to the first pair because she still works in healthcare. She receives no response.

She mails back the second pair of shoes. Not only does she not get the discount applied to the first pair (exactly the same shoe but one half size larger), she also gets charged nearly a 9% restocking fee. What kind of customer service or appreciation is this?

All in all, my daughter received only two responses to the four emails she sent to ShoeBuy. She ended up paying approximately $150 in total for the pair of shoes she did buy after all of the expenses.

I buy my shoes from a company that will allow you to return a pair of shoes for free and get a different size. It will also apply a coupon code used on one pair to another if the style or size doesn't work. You can call or chat with KURU.

DO NOT buy from this company. ShoeBuy does not treat their customers well. Having only an email contact stinks. Customers deserve better.

RIP OFF

"This company rips people off.

A small two inch damage to a shoe box makes customers ineligible for a refund! I Lost $65 to $70 because of miniscule scratch that they claim the merchandise could not be resold. They need to take their business model guidance from Amazon! Pathetic company nearly insolvent and ripping people off to make up the difference.!

Great experience, fast service!

"I recently purchased a pair of boots from Shoebuy for the first time and became slightly apprehensive after the fact upon reading so many negative reviews. The boots shipped within 2 days of the order and arrived 4 days after that. I knew exactly what I wanted and what size to order and I was thankful to save $60 with the 25% of coupon. I had intended to order from zappos and noticed the Shoebuy website and decided to give it a try. I am very very pleased, would definitely order from them again...waiting a few extra days for my boots was worth saving the extra money. Overall great experience! "

Shoebuy.com Rejects Returned Shoes, (Erroneously) Claim shoes worn/dirty

"Shoebuy refuses to credit me for returned shoes. These shoes were purchased through online Wal-mart shoes from Shoebuy.com. I returned the shoes but Shoebuy sent the shoes back to me, claiming the shoes were worn and dirty. I wore the shoes on carpet all of 5 minutes and they definitely were not "worn" or "dirty". Shoebuy is "Investigating" and claims they will get back to me in a week . We shall see and will report back here what happens. Shoebuy"

Pay for Return Postage!

"Bad deal- they make you pay for returns. Do not buy from them unless you have tried on the shoes elsewhere and are sure you want them. Otherwise you will be out 7 bucks!"

Bad Customer Service

"Ordered 2 pair and have received 1. I am attempting to return them but I know from this site that will not happen because they will claim they have been worn. That is not true. I tried on the right shoe and then returned them to the pre-try on condition before placing them back in the box exactly as received. I have pictures. I tried to call to have issue resolved. The agent was not a native English speaker, did not listen and mumbled. Worst customer service ever. I expect to have to use my financial institution to try to get my money back for both pair."

"Everytime they have a discount code non of the item u select never qualify for the discount. There is noway of knowing which product are discounted or not, when called into customer service, they were very rude the rep talked over Me because I was asking about the code and why it didn't work with non of my purchases "

"Their return policy is the worst I bought rocky work boots...big waist of money they are factory rejects I didn’t notice until I wore them for a shift at work that the right shoe is slightly smaller than the left you can not return anything that you have worn $130 wasted"

Absolutely the worst if you have to return anything.

"(And when it comes to shoes, you just might.)

My shoes came a little tight, and I wanted to exchange them for a larger size. They ship you out a new pair right away, and they charge you for them right away. And then you get the shoes you returned - back, for the goofiest reason. In my case the box had the wrong size. But it was the box they came in and their mistake. So no credit. And two pairs of shoes, for the price of two, one of which doesn't fit. They also said they were worn. No they weren't. I mean you have to try them on. But I got 'em on Friday and returned them the next Monday without wearing them outside at all.

I sure wished I'd have checked this website before I dealt with these guys.
