"I was trying to add this item to my cart for 3 days. I click the button and it says adding to cart but never added. I tried clearing my cache on the computer and tried several more times with no luck. Tried a different browser. Tried a different computer. Tried my phone. No luck. I tried their chat assistance. The person responding was not paying attention to what I typed as he tended to ask me what I just said. When he finally understood, he left me to wait until the chat disconnected. I tried calling them DURING BUSINESS HOURS and after hitting options and holding it transferred me to voicemail. No, I didn't have the option to keep holding - it just transferred me to voicemail. I then sent them an email telling them the issue and pasted the link to the item in the email. They responded the next day and asked WHAT ITEM I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE?!?!?! SMH. I then gave the full item title and pasted the link again in the response. They responded the next day and said if I was really interested in purchasing the item they could send me a link (I think they said Amazon or Paypal link) to pay for it. SMDH! That sounds just like some overseas scam. Why not a link to your own system? And to say "If I really want to purchase" -- Umm, I had been trying for 3 days. I said so in my email. I'm emailing your company about the item. None of that says I really want to purchase it? So to sum it up, the employees I dealt with seem completely clueless, distracted or just don't give a flip."
