"I was so very excited to find a “go to” place to order shirts from. My first order arrived promptly but the color was not what I was expecting so I made another purchase of a different color. That order arrived promptly as well. In the meantime I reached out to customer service in order to get a return shipping label. I received a response right away. I made the return via UPS. My tracking shows it was received by an employee almost a month ago and I have yet to receive a credit to my card for the return. Any inquiries to customer service have gone unanswered. There is no phone number to speak with anyone and they say on their website that someone usually responds within 24 hours. It’s been almost a week since I sent the first inquiry.....and nothing. I am not happy and I will tell my friends who buy a lot of shirts as well to look elsewhere. Customer service is EVERYTHING and Shirts In Bulk falls very short. It’s too bad. "

"I've ordered from Shirts in Bulk many times, and I recommend them highly and keep coming back. Their website is fast and easy to use, they have great prices, and great selection. Although some shirts are cheaper in some sizes/colors than others, I have found when ordering only 1 shirt at a time, of each sizer/color, their prices are among the lowest available anywhere. I've always had great experiences with shipping, even once getting the shipment the next day when selecting the cheapest shipping option, although for fairness, I happen to live very near where they ship from. Every order has been filled perfectly as well, and some of my orders have been large and complex."
