"Well, I spent 2 gran on my laptop. Should I left him without protection? OF COURSE NOT!!!! So, I start to look around for some backpacks. Yes, I saw some good ones like Targus, Victorinox, North Face, Ogio... But was this one who called my attention: ZeroShock from Shinza!
IT IS AMAZING!!!! The material is unbelievable. My Vaio 15.4" fits perfectly. There's few hidden pockets, you not even imagine where you're going to find one. It's a tough backpack and the most important thing: IT WILL LAST LONG. I will leave the backpack for my kids when i die.
Now the Costumer Care:
Audrey is one of the most patience and thoughtful persons that I've ever met. Always replied my e-mail, even when I sent her like 8 or 10 a day...
I love this company and I will make business with them again. Sorry about my english, still learning."
"The "Shintastic Crew" is fantastic. I ordered the ZeroShock sleeve for my digital camera. The only color available at the time was the silver. I have one already for my other digital camera and for my Sager notebook. Well, Audrey from the Crew contacted me to let me know that if I wanted to wait a few weeks that I could get it in another color of my choice. Nice. I was in no hurry. I love the product. It saved my older Canon Elph from damage (a couple of times) when I dropped it from waist height. I wanted another color to differenciate from the two digitals. I waited the approx. 6 weeks and Audrey let me know that they had just sent it out. But....I forgot to change my shipping address so it went out to my old address. When I figured out the mistake, a couple of days after it was shipped, I wrote back to the Crew and, yet again, Audrey wrote back and said she would try to have FedEx switch shipping to the new address but the Fed would charge extra. OK, fine. Another email said she was able to avoid the cost by sending out another sleeve to the correct location.
Thanks Audrey and Shintastic Crew. You are the best.
I highly recommend The Crew and their ZeroShock sleeve. It is awesome and can protect your electronics from drops or bangs."
"I had a really fantastic experience with Shinza! I wasn't sure which ZeroShock III sleeve to buy for my ThinkPad x60s with the 8-cell battery, so I called up customer service and even though it was the middle of the day I got a representative with no hold time! She was super nice and really helpful, unfortunately there are really so few customer service reps who really know what it means to provide customer service that when you get someone who is actually pleasant to talk to and knows what they're talking about it's a almost a shock! :) With basic Fedex shipping the sleeve was just over $40, which is actually pretty cheap for a sleeve of this quality! Really well made and the protection is SOLID (well, actually it's squishy like an small egg crate memory foam, but you know what I mean). The 12" fits my x60s perfectly! Shipped from CA the next day and I was happily zipping it around my laptop 3 business days later! Highly recommended!"
"I ordered a 15" sleeve on January 26, 2006, and to date (March 7, 2006) I have not received anything. I tried contacting them 4 times (the only way possible, via e-mail as they have no phone number or physical address listed for their operation) and have not received a single reply back from them. Once they took my money, they no longer cared.
Also, my friend's sleeve is starting to fall apart. The material inside is separating at the edges.
Buyer Beware!

"I purchased a 12 inch ZeroShock computer sleeve from Shinza via their website. The product was delived quickly and as promised. However, after I was charged $9.25 for shipping, the product arrived with $4.80 postage due. Shinza had only applied $3.95 postage to the container. I sent 4 emails to them to get this corrected. After the 4th email, Shinza contacted me and applied a reimbursement credit to my credit card. Other than taking a while to respond to my problem, they appear to be a good company to deal with. "
"I bought a ZeroShock 12 inch sleeve from Shinza.com. It is AMAZING. I love the material and I just know it protects my beautiful Inspiron 700m. I ordered on the 7th of November and rec'd it on the 9th of November. Very fast shipping and email updates. I'm still fascinated with the material. It's great. At first I thought it was kind of pricey (almost $40 including s/h) but now I think I'm actually getting my money's worth. The material is like the memory foam of Temperpudic. "
"I purchased a Zero Shock laptop sleeve from Shinza. I could not find that sleeve available anywhere else. They have a unique but somewhat limited list of products. One caveat, you might experience delays in processing. I placed my order on September 24 but it was not processed until the 29th even though it was listed as in stock and "Usually ships in 1-2 business days". Not a big deal, but I wish they would have contacted me to let me know. Their shipping cost seems a bit inflated compared to other vendors. It was $9.66 to ship my very light sleeve. I guess Newegg has spoiled me."
"First off shinza.com is the only company I know of that stocks such a high quality notebook sleeve. Secondly, they have reasonable prices for such high quality imports. Lastly, their customer service is very accomodating even on short notice situations!
I ordered on Tuesday, Shinza stated they had some stock problems with the notebook sleeve I wanted...so they wouldn't be able to ship until Friday. I needed it Saturday so I choose the appropriate shipping method needed to get it there on time. Despite the fact that its not a usual shipping method for domestic orders they still shipped it that way and I received the product when I needed it!
Only things that could use some improvement in my opinion is the ability to contact them via the phone. As well as more real time updates of your order status to remove doubts about whether something shipped or not."
