"This is a follow up to my previous review. The 2nd ignition coil went bad less than a month after installation. I contacted them by e-mail and AGAIN did not get a reply, so I called the 800 number. I asked for a refund and was told that it was after 7 days so they would send a replacement after I returned it. I had to call them with a tracking # after it was sent and waited 36 min. before hanging up. Got them the next day and provided #. Why I couldn't just e-mail it is beyond me. I had to buy the part locally since I needed it ASAP, so why would I want another POS from them? Alas, I am stuck with getting a replacement. I'll toss it in the trunk in case of emergency, I guess."

On average i spend $2000-$2500 for my customers. shepherdautoparts was recommended by a few peeps around my way. They have all been since told of how terrible they treat there customers. It will also be posted both in my shop and on my websites yes i have 7 storefront sites and even though the others have little to do with cars. Of how terrible there customer service is. I am currently on day three of waiting for a response for wrong parts listed and sent to me yet they refuse to respond and correct the problem thus making it worse. i have since went and got the righty parts locally for the extra $25 and i have a happy customer and a nice nasty listing on this very sad web site."
"I ordered a passenger mirror. My mistake I ordered right instead of left. They wouldn't exchange, thats ok it was my fault. Packaged arrived quickly but not securely packaged. I called their cust serv only to be hung up on and treated rudely when I called back. I ended buying right mirror $10 cheaper on ebay and it arrived quicker and more securely packaged. Will NEVER do business again with Shepherd Auto Parts!!"
"i orded a fuel pump in tank for a 91 geo metro got 1 that that was over a inch too long and dia was 3 4 inch too large fittings were incorrect could have saved cust>
used pump at less cost called cusr support for tracking # never got an answer after 3 times calling package arrived call back and told person about wrong item and he said it was correct pump so i had to jury rig pump and give price to cust beause of shoddy listing lost $ on the repair and lost cust >

"Horrible service, I purchased a condenser, shipping time was reasonable, when i received the product it seemed like it was a universal throwaway, didn't fit my car whatsoever wasted 4 hours of my time taking my car apart to find that this was a sham,condenser was cheap and seemed like their was no way shape or form that this was in working order, I've sent countless emails with no reply, I've called their 1800 number several times with no answer, engaged in their online chat with again little to no response, I'm extremely upset with my customer satisfaction, the only thing i can really say about this company is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!their prices may suck you in, but the final product is horrible, not only did I waste $100 but i have to replace that with another one, 100% dissatisfied, and will never buy from again. "The parts were delivered on time. The cost was very resonable. I know the quality is good. ONLY one thing would of helped: The listing for the fuel pump I ordered should have listed the fuel pump strainer needed to complete the installation. When I called for tech-suppot, Earl @ AIRTEX in CO, gave me the part# for the strainer needed. I was able to find it locally. I will be looking for more parts from Shepherd's in the future!
