They've always been quick to get orders shipped. This recent time in Feb 2024 I needed a bracket for the end of the week for a repair at a shop, and wanted to make sure I could receive it. They transferred me over to Juan in shipping, who said he'd confirm my order when the parts would be received the next morning, and sure enough at 8am I had an email that indeed my brackets were in and they'd get shipped that day.
