"I ordered multiple sweaters off this website, and right from the start i knew i wouldnt be happy with the ordering process. I ordered my sweaters on a friday and i did express shipping which is 2-4 days. i expected my sweaters to be here before my trip on that thursday. because that is almost 7 days. it still had not been delivered after almost a week. i then found out that it is 2-4 days after it has been shipped from the factory.... NOT THE DAY YOU ORDER. i am very angry with this place because NO WEBSITE i have used before has meant 2-4 days AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. i do not recommend using this place. it cam the following wednesday... A WEEK AND A HALF LATER!!!!! i was furious. i will not be using this website again. and even the clothes aren't that great of quality. i do not know who writes the 5 star reviews for this place but i do not suggest listening to them because this place is a sham and it is not worth your money."

"The five star reviews on this website and the products must be fake. I ordered some old-fashioned looking cotton nightgowns for myself and my daughters for Christmas. The fit was all wrong and the material was completely see-through and totally unwearable. On the product page, they advertised free returns and exchanges in the U.S. But when I went to return, it says I can't return it. There is no customer service or "live chat." Just a computer answering FAQs. Beware purchasing from this website. Very disappointing!"
