"I ordered a flat iron 12/17/14 and never received an email confirmation of my order nor have I yet to receive this. I've emailed them 3 times with no response and their number is disconnected. They charged me and never shipped my item, Please beware and shop elsewhere. "

"ordered two items: the first was listed as shipped in the automated reply I got, but it never was. They did refund me the cost of that one , though.
The second item was "label m. dry shampoo": received it, but when I tried to use it, there was only air in the spray can. no powdery substance. I tried to call their number as seen on their web site - ***-***-****. it is "no longer in service".
I then emailed to their 'contact us" email provided: ****@**** - no answer.
I then also realized that "****@****" is the same email that sends out the order confirmation, on which is also says, "Please do not respond to this email.Your reply will not be received."
So one cannot get in touch with them - extremely poor customer service! I feel cheated out of $25.00. it's not that much, but it is wrong!

"Shipment incomplete and damaged through accident with US Postal Service. I sent notice after notice to Shampooline and never received a response. Then I found a phone number which referred me to another number. That person said they would call me right back and never did. The order was insured, all they had to do was initiate the claim. They never once acknowledged me. This complaint is going to the NY consumer fraud office."

"Awful representation. I searched for a "Babyliss" hair straightener (pro product)and was taken to this site which advertises Babyliss products. If you read the fine print it will say BABYLISS conair ....babyliss is indeed a by-product from conair but what I wanted was a Babyliss product - which is what I ordered - what I recv'd was STRICTLY a Conair straightener, no where on the box or product did it say BABYLISS. I paid over $50 for a Conair product - hello - you can buy that in any CVS or Shoprite!! I gave it a chance and tried it and it pulled my hair out between the crappy plates that are not flush with the iron...when I tried to inquire no one got back to me. When I called I got an Asian woman on the phone who informed me that what I ordered is what I recv'd and Babyliss is Conair...no lady - it's MADE by Conair, it isn't ACTUALLY Conair and shouldn't be advertised as a Babyliss product! She argued with me that I got what I paid for and that now that I used it I cannot return it - so much for honesty!!!! CRAP - scam website. Don't fall for their "pro" products. Go to Target and buy a Chi...."

"Awful customer service! Initially customer service informed me that the product was back-ordered and was being shipped that Friday (09/14/12). I called the following Friday and they told me the product had not shipped; it apparently was still somewhere in the shipping area. The third (and final time) I called, they said the product was still on back-order and could not give me an ETA; they never once responded to my e-mail inquiries!"

"Ordered my products on 2/26/2012, and did not receive any indication if the products is shipped or in backorder. I emailed them on 3/6/2012 and there is no response even after 3days. Not recommended to shop there."
