I was informed that the risk level was so high my card was now permanently locked and new one must be issued. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BECOME A VICTIM OF FRAUD!"
"I repeatedly attempted to obtain basic information about several of this company's herbal products, such as what's done to them and what's added to them, but they refused to return my phone calls and messages. When I yet again called to complain and get information, the phone attendant told me to submit my questions through the answer center on their website. When I submitted my questions through the answer center, I never got a response. When I called again to complain and get the information I needed to buy their products, the attendant said someone would call me back with that information. When someone finally called me back, he stated that the company would not answer my questions. I later emailed the company detailing my frustrations and never got a response to my email. This company purports to offer health conscious organic products but it lies to its consumers and ignores them, and refuses to be transparent about its products. Don't trust this company with your health. It doesn't offer anything unique anyway."

"I was cautious about purchasing with this sellers at first, but after reading a glowing review on this site, I decided to give it a try. I got my order receipt and confirmation within minutes of placing the order. I got an update the day after placing the order and a shipping confirmation and tracking number the day the order shipped.
I placed the order on a Friday and received it the following Monday(today 10/20/2008), which is practically overnight!

"Shaman's Garden is a place I took a chance on ordering from, as I really couldn't find out much about them in the way of independent customer reviews. However, they had a particular brand of incense I like, at a decent price, so I took a shot. In just a few days I received the package, and just instinctively knew by the weight that it couldn't contain my full order, and I was right, it didn't. Out of four(4) separate scents of incense ordered, with an item total of nine(9) packs, one item was the wrong one, while another that I ordered 6 packs of only included one pack, so I received less than half of my order. Checking out the enclosed invoice was when I really started thinking scam, since I was charged the full amount of the original order, which the enclosed invoice showed, and without ANYTHING about the shortage, such as they were on back order, and would follow later, or whatever. So, I phone, and of course, can't get a human, so I'm thinjing I was had, and now I'm in for a hassle to set things right. However, upon trying to call the next day, I reached a person in customer service, and upon hearing what happened, she assured me the missing 5 packs of incense would be sent out, though, they were as it turned out back ordered. After about two weeks I got the missing items, so was really pleased about it. The one incorrect item was replaced too, and I was told to just keep the incorrect one! Since, each pack was about $10.00, I thought they had really done the right thing, and in a very timely manner too. Of course, that is a single experience, though I would certainly order from them again, and will soon do so, which I'll again post here. One last note: it's easy to find online discount codes for them too, which I had used, and also, when you order from them three times, I believe, they discount all future orders, which is pretty cool, since their regular prices are already competitive, at least for what I purchased.
