"Horrible experience with Shadora. I ordered several pieces of jewelry that were to be gifts for Christmas. About half of my items had to be returned because of poor quality and or damage. My sister in-law bought me an earring and pendant set and after wearing it a total of 4 times within 2 weeks the chain broke, and the post broke off in my ear. Yes in my ear.... the stone fell off the post and the post stayed in my ear. Customer service has been poor. I understand Christmas is busy but it shouldn't take 72-96 hours to respond! Quality and prices seem amazing and you may say wow what a deal! Then you may get the item and the color is way off, or the item is broken etc. Makes me wonder where they get their suggested retail value from?! From my experience the jewelry sold is worth what they sell it for or even less. After several emails, I returned the products which were delivered via confirmation on January the 3rd of 2013. It is now January 10th 2013 and I have yet to get an email, phone call, or a refund! The positive (1 star) is that a few of the items I received were nice enough to gift. Wish I had more positives to report. I really had high hopes for this company. I hope to return as a happy customer someday!
****UPDATE: order date 11/26/2012, REFUND 1/16/2013 took some time, No email saying I am sorry, and lot's of looking around before I saw that they refunded me for the messed up jewelry. Thanks?! "
