"I am very pleased with the customer service offered with my order. The shipment was sent in a timely manner, though the shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Though the error was not a result of Sewell the customer service rep was courteous and understanding and sent out another order without hesitation, or adding any charges to my account.
The second order was once again delivered to the wrong address. Again, this was no fault of Sewell, but the customer service representatives made this unpleasant experience a good one.
I will be doing business with Sewell in the future based on the service they provide.
