Server Supply had the parts I needed at very reasonable prices (a local supplier wanted more than triple SP's price). I needed the parts quick and Server Supply shipped them within a few hours of my purchase. The only problem was that FedEx screwed up both deliveries. One part arrived 24 hours late, and the other arrived 3 days late. Maybe a different shipping provider?"

"We needed a 1.2 TB 10K 2.5" Dell drive for a failed RAID. Server Supply had one in stock and overnighted it to us by 10 am the next morning. I have been using Server Supply since 2012 for parts to keep some of our older Dell Servers and HP workstations running . I appreciate that they send the EXACT Part numbers that are needed instead of "compatible" parts like other vendors do. "
"Server Supply would not fulfill my order without requiring me to pay via wire transfer. I understand that this is a fraud mitigation issue, but I was using a card where the billing and shipping address matched and I was ready to sign their credit authorization agreement (which they sent to me), complete with validation of identity and card ownership, but then they said that they would only take a wire after all. Since their price was higher than other vendors, anyway, I took my order to CDW instead. I don't blame them for taking credit decisions seriously - I was placing an order valued around $25,000 - but it did provide for a negative customer experience on my end."
