" JC sold us a server so old, it didn't recognize partitions bigger than 2TB. Like, we're supposed to ask that the partitions ought be able to see more than 2TB. It's 2019 Man! Stated that we'd be running several VM servers and capacity was important to us but, that didn't stop him from sending us a really outdated server. We also didn't receive the drive trays with the initial order. Emailed JC and received no reponse. Had to call him as, he did not reply to emails after the purchase."

I called in to ask about Ibroken's review because I couldn't believe that anyone could have an experience like him. They informed me that the customer returned two system boards that they said were defective. Upon retesting the boards passed diagnostics, OS Loads, and other testing. What was also interesting is that the customer had no interest in receiving replacement parts. The customer was upset about a minimal restocking fee for a good part return so they are attempting to drag serverworlds name through the mud. My Rep even told me that the boards had already been resold, and the new customer said they worked perfectly.

Unethical in my opinion. Sent us 2 bad boards, we requested refund, then they told us our customer was lying and didn't know what they are doing (our customer is HUGE, they know what they are doing!!!)..."
