"My shipping carrier was changed without sending confirmation. When I said I wanted the option of entering my FedEx account number, that did not mean to change this order. I was going to let that slide, but when I could not track my order as the information on my account remained the old USPS information. I called in and no one had recorded the tracking number. Then FedEx could not give it to me for security reasons.
I also was not told the items were not in stock when I ordered. I expected the items to take up to a week to reach us. I thought I would have them around the 6th of December. Still have not received my order. Estimated delivery is the 12th.
Overall, I was disappointed with ordering online. Next time I order, I'll contact Adam directly since he handled my first order quickly and efficiently."
