"Terrible customer service, my chair arrived with the straps broken on the barcelona chair. I`m not sure how it even broke but they won`t replace it even with the guarantee on their site, they told me to claim it with the shipping company. The frame is poor quality and is not welded properly, i had to put a rubber pad to keep it flat"
