It went straight to voicemail the two times I called. I asked them about returns and I said can you please send me my right product and no one ever got back to me. They are the worst company ever"
"They send you the wrong (and a cheaper item), and then refuse to send the right one, refund you or even reply to your emails. They do this consistently to everyone. They wont be in business much longer "

Well, if the BBB isn't able to get my money back, then filing a CC chargeback under FRAUD (as "bait and switch" IS FRAUD). The thing is, they knew for months and months that they "Sallie" had been discontinued as EVERYWHERE else had updated their sites. I thought that I stumbled on some "left on the shelf" for my uncle (he refuses to try a Fleshlight).
SeekingO is a great site, never had any issues and their prices are decent. Of course Adam and Eve is good too. This is, so far, the only adult toy store I've ever had a problem with. Refund the money, it's called "the cost of doing business". So you are "out" some cheapo junk you sent me that cost you what... 20 bucks?"
"Looks like I'm one of the many people that paid for an item from this rip off company called Sensual Direct. They took my money and never sent the product I ordered. I paid $21.04 for it and the shipping cost of $6.95 for a total of $27.99. This happened on December 16, 2017. After three or four weeks I attempted to contact them for an answer and got nothing! How is this allowed under the law? The BBB should go after these freaks and shut them down!"
