"This company has chaged me for things I did not order. Sketchy as f**k. I have never had this happen to me before. I would not even know what this company is but for the fraudulent charges on my card."

"Ordered online during a "special sale" and used a discount code that the company (not a third party) had offered. The discount applied during checkout and I received an order confirmation. The next day instead of my order shipping I received an order cancelled call saying they sold out before my order was received. I revisited the website that I initially found out about the sale from to see if other consumers had the same issue; seems only orders that used THEIR discount code had orders cancelled...orders without discount codes that had been placed many many hours later went through and shipped. I wrote the company and they replied that they did not intend for the discount code to be used during the "special sale" so those orders were invalidated and that is why my order was cancelled and others shipped that were ordered later than mine. Very bad store policy to put out a coupon and then punish the consumer for utilizing it. Because of the lying about being sold out in the first place and then them invalidating their coupon and cancelling my order, I would warn against using them for anything you really wanted or needed. They offered nothing in compensation or an apology, just basically that the code was not to be used during the sale and tough luck. I will not be ordering or TRYING to order from them in the future."

"This is the second year in a row that I ordered something from this store, it was then backordered and subsequently (over a week later) cancelled. I had another experience where they continually rolled the backorder date back 4 times until I finally found the item somewhere else and cancelled my order. This place simply misleads its customers. I will never shop here again."

"The overall online experience was excellent, right up to the point where I received the package. The box was badly damaged, and the packing job was just pitiful. Luckily, the contents were not damaged, but I think that is more because what I ordered wasn't breakable. I sent an email to them regarding this, and they said they would look into it to avoid future packaging problems. I would buy from them again, but I'm not sure if I would purchase anything "fragile."
