"ATTACHED BELOW IS CORRESPONDENCE RELATED TO SENECA RIVER TRADING SENDING ME THE WRONG ITEM AND REFUSING TO REIMBURSE MY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

Dear senecarivertrading,
May 27, 2015: In accordance with your return instructions, I shipped the wrong food processor work bowl that you sent to me by FedEx on 05/20/15 and it was delivered to you on 05/22/15 (signed for by R.Carriogia). I did NOT use, as the shipping container, the flimsy bag that you used to send it to me. Instead, I placed the wrong food processor bowl into a small sturdy box with light weight plastic filling in the unused spaces to prevent any damage during shipping. I used FedEx because I believe that they are the most reliable shipping company and would deliver it to you safely and undamaged.
My question to you NOW is: WHEN are you going to refund to me the full costs that I paid for the work bowl plus shipping? Will you credit my PayPal account or will you send me a check via USPS?
I will attach photos that show the sealed shipment box and the receipt for its delivery.

June 10, 2015, 09:00 AM PST.   You have been notified by eBay that you must refund the TOTAL of what I paid to you plus the return shipping cost because what you sent to me was NOT as described.  You did partially refund my money ($19.95) on May 29 but you still owe me your shipping charge (USPS) of $7.15 PLUS my FedEx shipping cost of $8.10 for a TOTAL AMOUNT THAT YOU STILL OWE ME of $15.25.  I DEMAND that you pay me the $15.25 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that this case and dispute can be closed.  I WILL NOT CLOSE THIS CASE UNTIL YOU HAVE FULLY REFUNDED MY MONEY.

June 26, 2015 Report to PayPal/eBay: Seller shipped the WRONG item to me that did NOT appear as the correct item shown (photograph) on the eBay listing page. After contacting the seller, I was instructed to ship the wrong item back to them in order to receive a refund. I shipped the wrong item back to the seller via FedEx and paid the $8.10 return shipping fee. After waiting about a week, I asked eBay to help me get a refund from the seller for the cost of the item plus the original shipping charge (added to the total purchase price) plus the $8.10 return shipping fee. Seller did NOT send me a postage-paid return label as I requested. Seller has not refunded to me the $8.10 return shipping charge.
My understanding of the eBay rules governing returns, is that when a seller sends the buyer an item that does NOT match the description as listed on eBay, the seller MUST pay for the return shipping costs in addition to the original purchase costs.
