"I recently used sendaframe.com for the first time for various photo album supplies and a large quantity of photo albums for a project of mine. BAD CHOICE!

Pros: The items I received were as expected and the shipping time was very reasonable. I did a significant amount of shopping for the items I bought…over $300 worth of product. Their site is user-friendly, but their "album filler" product selection, for the type of album I chose to use was disappointing. I decided to cut corners and go with a different style of filler, but I wish I would have shopped elsewhere.

CONS: I was pleased with sendaframe.com, until I decided to return some of the materials that I did not use. Thus my complaint with sendaframe.com is with their customer serivce...deplorable. The individual I spoke to clearly did not have the customer’s best interest in mind. He was rude and condescending and made me wish I never spent $1 at their website. Their return policy is awful…you have 14 days from the date you received the material in which to email them for an RMA number. 14 days, that’s it. (Side note: Sendaframe.com is one of those annoying companies who are too cheap to spend the extra money to have a customer service line so we internet shoppers can talk to a real person instead of wondering if and when we will ever hear back from the email we sent into the void...so much for being concerned for the customer.) Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until it was too late. After spending over $300 with them in a period of 3 months, one would think that perhaps in order to show good customer service, they might make an exception and extend the window of time for me to return the few items I did not need…no chance. And not only did they refuse to help me, they were extremely rude in the process.

It really doesn't matter how great a product is or how cheap a price is, if there is no positive customer service representing the company, they aren't worth our shopping dollars. Save the risk of loosing in the end and shop elsewhere! There are plenty of great online photo-album stores available...sendafram.com isn't one of them.
