"Originally I ordered an Arkon GPS mount from another dealer. It was marked Magellan rather than Arkon, had a blue instead of clear suction cup, and didn't stick to a thing. I emailed Semson's asking if the mount they carried was the genuine Arkon or Magellan marked and told them of my concerns. They went out of their way to investigate and contacted Arkon directly. They answered my questions and told me they had both versions but to specify which I wanted in my order.

I ordered noting as they told me. I received the Arkon mount a few days later in perfect working condition. They really went way above and beyond all for a sale of about $12! These guys are great! Now I just wish they would expand to a full line of electronic and computer items!"
