"Do not order from this site!!! Absolute worst place to order from. We have been receiving the run around about why our patio furniture is not here for over a week. We placed our order online and were told it would be delivered the following Wednesday. By Friday, we started thinking we got ripped off because no one called and we could not reach anyone. No one answers the phone line-it rings, tells you to wait, and then hangs up on you. After numerous attempts via chat, phone, and email I finally got a hold of someone who said our furniture would be here the following Tuesday (a week after it should have already been here). Well, it is Wednesday and I just chatted with someone again. I was told we would receive a tracking number for our shipment on Friday. They keep pushing the date back. This place continuously lies. Hopefully, we actually receive our furniture and this place isn't a scam.
UPDATE 11/2/14: After being told Friday, and Sunday that we would receive a tracking number. Today we were told they don't have it again that the furniture will take another 4 weeks (almost 2 months after purchase). THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!"
"At this point I AM EXTREMELY FED UP WITH THIS UNRESSPONSIVE COMPANY! I ordered the Mustique 5pc sofa set in MIXED CHOCOLATE for $900.00. At the time, they said that their mixed chocolate shipment had been damaged and that they would get in another shipment in about a month or so. In the meantime, they gave me a stand in set in natural rattan. Their customer service representative told me that once the new shipment came in they would replace the natural rattan with the mixed chocolate free of charge. IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW AND I'VE GOTTEN NOTHING. Every single time I emailed them, they told me that the shipment would come in around the 15th of the month and they've done that consistently (only 2-3 email exchanges) for the last 2 months. NOW ITS BEEN AROUND 3 MONTHS, well past the 15th, AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN REPLY BACK ANYMORE!! I've wasted so much valuable time and energy with these people, I really regret buying from them and advice EVERYONE AGAINST IT!! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT, INSTEAD YOU'LL BE STUCK WITH SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT!! I contacts their sales department asking if the Mustique was in stock and instead they told me that their selling the same sofa on another site (whose website looks EXACTLY like theirs btw) but with a different name called Milan and I wouldn't be able to get the Mustique in dark chocolate but the Milan is the exact same thing but with only a different name!! EXTREMELY SKETCHY! THEIR MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP isn't even responsive anymore!! I'M FED UP RIGHT NOW!! WHO HAS TIME FOR THIS?! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY WILL SCAM YOU IN TO GETTING SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT!! If they had just given me what I ordered or at least responded back to my multiple emails that there were multiple backorders, then I would have at least been kind and there would have been no need for me to write this review!! But because they have been so unresponsive for the last week or so I'm now really fed up! I'm not going to stop till I get what I paid for! I really do not like the sit in piece that they gave me and I WANT WHAT I ORDERED! SUCH LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!! TOTAL WASTE OF $900!!!"
"Do not order from this site. I placed my order six weeks ago. I never received shipment information. The customer service is rude and unprofessional. You can tell they are contracted, working from home and they do not care. Just disputed items with my credit card. They are criminals. "

I ordered this sofa 2 weeks ago thinking I will be by now enjoying it at my patio. Wrong! Right after I placed order they emailed me that its discontinued and cant get it anymore...(btw. still available - claiming - " in stock" on their website). The owner Andrew called me and and professionally explained me that its discontinued but will be able to get it for me but it will be a little bit of time. This week finally I got a call from company trying to get the right address . I was excited "yeahhh finally!" Friday I got a call and customer service rep told me that I wont get my sofa cuz they can not get it and if I want similar their Reef Rattan it will take 6 weeks!!!! I was and still am so mad! They took my money right away so of course I wanted it right away as well but this "supervisor", told me " sorry I can not refund it right away, it will take at least a week!" I asked why?! Because we process returns every Wednesday - only and after that it will take another 3 business days! Excuse me but "mom and paps" business has better refund policy! I am extremely extremely mad and disappointed! Its been 2 weeks and I have no money no furniture and no answers from my paypal claim reqest when are they going to refund me my money.I want my money back dear Select Furnishings and never do business with you! Select Furnishings lacks communication, customer service and I will never buy everything from this company, neither any of my family and friends!"
