"I bought a bunch of blinds from a custom salesperson some years ago. I thought it would be great because I'd get feedback and help. She didn't give me either. Instead, I ended up with a room with only half the blinds I needed. Later, I found out it was because the blinds I chose didn't come in 96 1/2 in widths. So a large transom window has never had a blind. Guess why? It was 1/2 too long. 1/2 inch! I just found out I could have gotten matching blinds if I had been ordering myself, but the salesperson I was working with didn't tell me the problem, just that the blinds I wanted didn't come in that size. I really don't care about a small bit of light on each side. I could have blocked spacers on the top and added a topper to cover it. Instead, I've had people looking into my house for years.
Now, after visiting Selectblinds, I can take control and get the blinds I've needed all along.
