"I recently ordered a table with extension leaves and the order was delayed, and once arrived it was missing 3 extensions, and had some damage on the some of parts. It took 2-3 weeks and many emails (initiated by me) to get acknowledgement the extensions were missing and should be replaced, then another week of discussions to get them to acknowledge the damage and refused to credit me even the shipping cost. Poor responsive and service, I wouldn't use them again"

"Yo he comprado y no te la recomiendo en absoluto. Compré una mesa y me llegó en perfectas condiciones el embalaje, luego procedí a la aceptación del pedido. Al tiempo abrí el paquete y me encontré con piezas rotas de la mesa. Procedí a la reclamación y me dijeron que lo tenía que haber hecho a los 5 días de la recepción del pedido, pues era una rotura en el transporte. Les dije que el transporte fue correcto, que es un problema de fabricación…. Resultado: ellos lo achacan todo a un problema de transporte (a pesar de que yo acepté el envío,,,, en que cabeza cabe que una persona acepte una entrega cuando el paquete esta mal) y se han lavado las manos. 500€ tirados a la basura. "

"Ordered some garden furniture that was damaged in transit and a chair went missing. I notified them the same day. To say that the customer service I received was bad is an understatement. I had 48 emails from them and it dragged out for 6 weeks. They told me I was crazy, insulting, threatened to sue my neighbour who signed for the goods as I wasn't notified when they would arrive (only when they had been dispatched from Italy).

I asked to speak to someone else or make an official complaint but the person I was dealing with refused and said she was the only person who spoke English in the company (?!).

In the end they offered a full refund but I was going to have to arrange the packing and pick-up of the goods or a discount. I now have effectively salvage goods at an inflated price.

A truly awful experience. Never again.
