"I bought a camera from them and they shipped it to me.

My camera died on me and after the usual troubleshooting they offered to replace the camera, covering shipping - which is a big deal if you live in South-Africa, as shipping can be quite expensive.

I am REALLY impressed by their service and prices, but especially the former.

Even though the camera was faulty, the way that they handled it will make me buy from them again.

I Highly recommend this company and i am not alone in thinking this.

I Bought a 600tvl 2.8mm lens board camera after being recommended this camera and SecurityCamera2000.com from Bruce at RCModelReview.com.

I was very pleased with my camera witch arrived one week later to the UK.
The camera perform faultlessly and i was very impressed with it.

I had a problem some weeks later of my own creation! Which involved me buying a (wrong) NTSC recorder (from a well known auction site) which obviously didn't work with the UK PAL camera i had bought. I wrote to SecurityCamera2000 asking if the camera could be made to except a NTSC signal?
Cat, replied the next day saying they could replace it!!!! see the reply below.

I thanked Cat for there kind offer but instead, i will replace my incorrect NTSC ONLY recorder.

BTW. I tried to buy the same camera from a well known auction site. It wasnt the same camera it claimed to be. be warned!

Thanks for your email.

As you had no requirement, we shipped the camera to you with PAL format according to the using practice of your country. The camera only supports PAL and it can't be switched to NTSC format.

If you really need NTSC version, you can send it back for exchange.

I needed another cheap 420TVL camera for one of my Slow Sticks so I purchased this one from securitycamera2000:

When it arrived it was DOA just showing a black signal.

I emailed Doris from securitycamera2000 and notified her of the problem. I tried a few different suggestions to try and get it to work but all to no avail.

Originally I was supposed to send the camera back to China but seeing as its only a $14.50 camera, I told Doris that it would cost me more to send the cam back in postage so it would be logical for her to just send me a replacement.

She emailed back and agreed and said she would have it out right away and that I don't have to ship back the old camera.

I emailed back and changed my mind as I decided to upgrade the camera to a 540TVL cam as the 420TVL cams seem to be a bit fuzzy.

She emailed back and agreed to deduct the price of the dead camera from the new 540TVL cam Im buying and I pay the difference so thats exactly what I did and the camera is on its way.

I ordered a Wireless Camera Transmitter Receiver Kit on the 29th of June, and it arrived on the 9th of July in Switzerland with the classic airmail service (well packed, fast shipping, tracking number). Unfortunately, my camera went out of work on Saturday. I contacted the customer service on Monday who propose me to try several thing that did not change the problem. A few kindly emails later, on Wednesday (three days later), they offer me to send me a brand new camera and a new power device without having to send the defective item back to them! I could not expect a better service from an International seller, I highly recommend them for any A/V device that you could need.
