"Having dealt well with this company once previously, I ignored the ratings at this site and ordered again. Order date was September 13th. After a many ignored emails, on October 13th they changed the status on my order to "shipped". I starting calling and emailing again on the 20th. It is now the 30th of October, and to date they have ignored 200+ emails. I am contacting CCNow for a refund, and plan on sending a few thousand more emails to them voicing my dismay. "

"I wanted to go with these guys because I thought they looked to have the best price, and a decent website to back up thier products. Placed the order for 200 badges, and wanted to get another 100 custom. Never recieved any responses about the order or where to send the artwork. Iemailed them directly, voicemail, and through their payment company. Nothing ever responded, even to this date. They are obviously either out of business or on a long vacation, or in jail or something, because they ARE NOT at work!

"Exactly the same experience as all the above, I too order 10 Domed Badges from this company with the expectation of another 500 depending on service.
Having been very impressed with their initial service (Ordering etc), I quickly lost that impression. After two weeks passed I sent several emails to the company without any reply from them, I then contacted their credit card clearing company, who responded very quickly and said they would relay my message on the securityagency.com. As expected no reply. A further 3 e mails were sent with no reply.
Eventually I received an email explaining (6 weeks later) that due to technical problems which have been resolved my order was delayed and that my order would be dispatched within a week. I was stunned when I received my labels 10 days later.
The labels were of good quality however colours were not a good match to what I supplied but looked good nevertheless.
I would only recommend this supplier to my enemies as the frustration dealing with them was unbelievable. Roughly 55 days from ordering to delivery is unacceptable and shows gross incompetence’s. If you have found any good suppliers of Domed labels could you send me their details to ****@****

"This seller is terrible. Buyer beware. I thought I would be lucky and that perhaps the people on resellerratings were over reacting. It is now 2 weeks after I placed my order for 100 custom case badges and I have never received answers to phone calls or emails. Never any update on the status of my order. I finally cancelled it today, after informing my credit card company that any charge from them will be considered fraudulent as I have received no indication any goods will be provided for the fee. Luckily they were not competant enough to debit my card right away either, even though I got a confirmation email when I placed the order. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. "I ordered 30 custom case badges from this company on March 20, 2003. it is now June 16 and the badges just arrived. I had emailed Securisysagency several times wondering the status of my order and not once did they ever reply to me.
One a positive not, the badges I ordered are high quality and the artwork does match what I sent in.
However, I am afraid I won't do future business with a company that has ZERO customer service support."

"I ordered 25 Custom Case badges and like the other guy never heard a word about this order for 2 weeks. I emailed the company that does their invoicing and called them which them set off an email to securisysagency which was never replied to. I then emailed them directly twice which were never replied to I then emailed them canceling my order telling them how horrible of a company they are and they finally replied to that 4 days later saying nothing more than your order had been canceled. No we are sorry please place the order and we will process it through nothing. I would never ever deal with this company again. You would have to be a fool to do so."
"I Ordered 50 custom case badges on February 20th, and Paypal'd them the money. After I hadn't recieved the order in 14 days, as their faq states, I E-mailed them about it and got no response. I tried emailing them again a few days later to every address on their page, Still no responses. I Called them at their number on their page, and got voice mail, and left a message. Today, 4 days later after that call, Still no Response. It is now March 11th, and I have Heard Nothing, Recieved Nothing, and am out $50.00.
UPDATE: Day after i added this, I recieved an e-mail, apologizing for the delay.. As I am Still waiting on badges, The rating Stands.. If they do arrive, however, I will change it."
"If you're looking for a company to make your own pc case badges or logos then look no further than this outfit called www.securisysagency.com. (odd name for such a great company!)
It took me a year to make up my mind to order from this company but I'm glad I did. This is really a cool company that specializes in PC DOME case badges,labels and stickers for custom built computer cases. They even can help you design you own custom logo, artwork, keyboard, monitor and port identification stickes and badges.
Pretty much everything the custom builder or build to order specialist like myself needs. You can supply your own artwork or like I said have them supply it for you. *I know this sounds almost like a commercial but I wanted to give you all a sense of what this company offers.
Another thing is that this company seems to be a UK outfit. Because when I did a trace on their web address www.securisysagency.com it came back registered to a UK company. I only mentioned that because it seemed odd at first BUT they do do great work and at a reasonable price. Shipping is by USPS and is also very reasonable.
Their turn around time is about a 1 week to 10 days. I would say it's best to know what you want your case badges to look like before you order. Yes they can help with the artwork if you need it. Don't plan on being in a hurry either most pc Dome badge makers on average take about the same time to deliver.
All I can say is that after ordering from them that they do pretty excellent work and the material used to manufacture my 1x1 case badges were very good.
Correspondence can be done by email. However they do have a U.S. phone number (although it isn't toll free) you can call with any questions regarding your order.
I highly recommend this vendor without hesistation.
