I had bought a espresso machine 15 years ago and I hadn't the clue on how to use it.It came with a user's manual but it wasn't enough so it eventually was thrown to the way-side.But now there is Gale at Seattle Coffee Gear; and boy does she make a difference on the proper use of all these machines. It does give her an edge over her competition but do the manufacturers of the products that she uses on her videos actually understand the impact that she, and she alone has on their products? She is the reason why I had chosen the products that I had and she is their best selling point...Period.I do hope she is getting their proper recognition on this cause it would really be sad if she isn't."

"We just ordered our second machine from Seattle Coffee Gear. Our first machine broke twice. The first time it broke we had it fixed at a local repair shop in NYC since shipping costs back and forth to Seattle didn't warrant our shipping it for repairs.
