"SAVE YOUR MONEY! For the price I paid for these seat covers I expected quality and that is not what I got! Not only does any of it fit my car the fabric feels like a burlap sack and the stitching is coming undone in a few places. So I called customer support and all they tell me is that they don't refund anything. And that they can remake them for me for an extra $200. Or more. I seen better quality seat covers at the auto part store. So my advise is to save your money and go to an auto part store to get your seatcovers. I'm telling everyone I know to never buy anything from seatcovers unlimited! COMPLETE GARBAGE! "
"I decide to invest in these seat covers for my 2000 Lexus RX300, they were amazing like getting new seats. The sides didn't go all the way into the plastic on the side of the seat. I email and ask if it was normal. They said no they would make a new seat bottom with 2 more inch of material. The new ones were delivered to the house (NC) within a week of my first email to them. Now they look and feel great, well worth the investment because this is our highway car so it is like getting new seats."

"My seat covers took over 3 months to arrive. The quality is not good compared to other companies. Flimsy fabric, and you're instructed to POKE YOUR OWN HOLES for headrest access! Flimsy strings underneath the seat for attachment. Not a good fit either. No response from support email at all about delays and missing pieces. Headrests and armrests not included despite description on order confirmation. STAY AWAY from these folks. They're awful."
"After waiting 8 weeks, I finally received my seat covers and they didn't fit properly. I made over 30 attempts to contact them by phone, and was always sent to a VM box that was full. They didn't respond to an email I sent them through their website, nor did they respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint I made. After contacting the Arizona Attorney General's Office, they finally responded but tried to blame me for ordering wrong. I showed proof of my order to them that I did order the correct covers, but they again refused to respond. I'm out $300+ but I will not give up on this. "
"I ordered a set of what should be pretty standard seat covers. After, and only after the order was placed, I received a confirmation of the order which also stated that "due to unanticipated high demand during the holiday season" delivery time was 8-10 weeks. Really. It's April. The holiday season is long gone. You could build a house in this time. AND - I never received the items AND the vendor does not answer the phone or emails. You won't get burned financially if you credit card company agrees to refund you money but I seriously doubt you will ever get your covers which is what you really want - SO, use a different vendor who will actually provide the covers you know you need"

"I paid for a custom seat covers for a dodge ram 3500 with a center console and compartment. What I got was a joke. I bought this for my husband for a Christmas present 2018. Well When I finally got it The console part which has to be put on first was something designed for a very small truck . I was told they would get it right out. Never showed up for over 2 months. During this time my husband wanted to put on the covers knowing that they would have to be taken back off to put on the center part when it came in well guess what THE SEAT COVER DID NOT FIT ( WHAT A SURPRISE RIGHT) well contacted them again sent picture after picture of what was wrong no place for the elctric seat controls or the lumbar support knob and I needed my seat to be about 5 inches wider. So much for custom fit or anything. Well I have been fighting with this place for awhile finally sent into my bank the information with the 100% satisfaction note they sent with it to get my money back because no one from the company will send anything or return emails or phone calls as to where to ship this garbage back to . IT BELONGS IN THE TRASH Never buy from this place."
"I placed my Order on 12-5-18 for my wife for Christmas.On 12-21 I talked to Madi at Seat Covers Unlimited and was Guaranteed they would Ship by 1-7-19.When they finally shipped on 1-11-19.After all this time when I received my order it was wrong!I asked them to make it Right but they tried to Blame it on Me.They said I ordered them wrong even though my order Form that I printed shows They made them Wrong.I ordered some for my Truck and had them in 5 Days and were every bit as Quality as these guys claim to Have.I cant Believe they are still in business!DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!"

They actually sent wrong ones, this time , but week later sent the right ones.
They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my seat covers.
I highly recommend them for your vehicles and are the best looking ones ever.

"I ordered "CUSTOM" tailor made seat covers for my ford f350, took 6wks to receive the covers. the seats were grossly misrepresented, and complete waste of money. The seats, namely the thickness of the material, lack of retainers( i received more of a sleeve with strings to tighten) , openings exposing metal parts of the frame, exposed foam( i can literally put my hand between the seat cover and foam underneath) are all unacceptable points in my opinion. They are not cooperating with BBB to file a complaint. called cc. company to file a dispute. I spoke/emailed to "Madi Zuber" and she was no help in rectifying my case."
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Spent over $400 for seat covers that didn't fit even though I paid extra for "custom" fit. Stated I would have to tailor them myself. I emailed the company and got no response. I called the company and a female advised me no refunds just because I was dissatisfied with the product. I called the BBB for assistance and they ignored them too. Now I'm stuck with a pile of seat cover fabric I can't use. What a joke, waste of money, and time. My advise is do not buy any products from Seat Covers Unlimited. "
"If no stars was available that's what this company would get! What a waste of money, time and effort. The seat covers did not fit well at all, they couldn't be connected properly due to the electronics under the seat - even though when ordering they ask you if the seats are electric and I said YES!. They also say they are custom but then don't make the holes that are necessary for the metal rods used to attach the headrest to the seat - they tell you to CUT YOUR OWN HOLE. Really? $200 for custom seat covers and the 1st thing they tell you is to cut holes in the top of each one? That's just crazy. In addition the head rest covers fit like bags. It was a complete disaster - and of course since they are "custom made", while an utter joke, they don't allow returns so I'm out $200 and the best use for these seat covers would be to cut them up and use them as rags.. I've purchased other custom seat covers from a different site and never had any of these problems.. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this company."
