"I needed a few shells for some shadow boxes. Since Sea Shell City provided a "range" of sizes on their website, I called the company to ask if I could specifiy a particular size and they said yes. On the online order form there was a box for "special instructions". So I placed my order with some specifications. Sue e-mailed back that same day telling me what she had in stock and asking if that would fit my needs. While waiting for my response, she also went the extra step of checking an alternate warehouse to find the best specimen at the closest size I requested. In the end, the order arrived in two days and the shells were better than I had hoped for. The shells were individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then newsprint with styrofoam peanuts for added protection. It's been a long, long time since I've dealt with a company of this caliber. Sue's attention to detail, good communication, and excellent customer service won me over. I highly recommend this business and their quality shells. "
