"My initial attempts at finding the replacement screen I was looking for was not the easiest and it took awhile to get to grips with how to manage the search. Once I had found the replacement screen that I needed the rest of the process from ordering to delivery was effortless albeit it arrive a day later than originally stated but I was aware of this because I could track the parcel. Having received the replacement screen fitting it was considerably easier than I could have even dreamed about. The upside is I saved at least £50 on replacing the screen myself. I bought a set of tools but found I only need two items of the 8 to 10 in the pack and even then the screwdriver was borderline.
I would recommend that the search facility is made more user friendly and it would be a significant plus if the correct tool set for the screen replacement was given rather than what other people bought."
