Your website is easy to use, except for choosing how to receive my package. I ordered again March 12 after SBCFEST and was happy for the offers of free items with minimum purchase amounts. But the difficulty I had with choosing delivery modality delayed my ability to purchase and by the time I was able to accomplish it, (by removing and replacing my items multiple times) one of the free items was “sold out”. One of the most helpful things I have discovered is that you send a follow up email that suggests ideas on projects using my new items.
