"TERRIBLE Experience. I was overcharged and the kilt I ordered was 2 weeks late. I should have listened to all of the poor reviews online and chosen another company. There are many other companies out there to order kilts from. I recommend you look elsewhere. :("

"Beware of dealing with this merchant! I ordered an item from their web site and paid by credit card that was almost immediately charged. When four weeks went by and I had not received my order, I sent an e-mail query as to its status. In reply, I was told that my order had just shipped, and I was sent what was purported to be a USPS tracking number. However, the USPS web site showed for this number only that the merchant had electronically notified the Postal Service of an intent to ship a package. It explicitly stated that the package had not yet been received or shipped by the Postal Service. When an additional week passed without my order showing up, I again sent an e-mail indicating that I had not yet received my order and pointing out the fact that the tracking number they sent me did not indicate shipping of my order. In response, I was sent essentially the same message as before, along with the same tracking number! I then e-mailed them again asking for the order to be cancelled and a credit issued to my card. I also tried to reach them by telephone, but my message left on their 800 number was never answered. Some two weeks later, I did receive an answer to my e-mail promising to look into the matter, but nothing ever came of this. I eventually forced them to refund my money by complaining to the Better Business Bureau. They dragged their feet doing this too, actually missing the deadline set by the BBB for response to my complaint. Eventually they did issue a credit to my credit card, over three months after I had placed my order! Perhaps the fact that this merchant has a C- rating from the BBB says it all. "
