SCORECARD REWARDS "CUSTOMER DISSERVICE"!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!!

"I ordered a GRAY Versa Watch, and after waiting 3 weeks, because it was on back order, I received my watch. My PEACH watch. Now, the packing slip said it was gray, but it was PEACH. I called them immediately and explained THEIR ERROR. I was told by the "Customer Service" agent that she would contact the "Production Team" and let them know what had happened. She told me that I would receive a call from a member of the "Production Team" to correct THEIR ERROR. After TWO DAYS, I still had not heard from them. So, I called back, and I was told by that rep that I had agreed to have the watch picked up by UPS. What? No, I didn't. Oh, it was going to be ANOTHER WEEK before UPS was going to pick it up. You have to be kidding me! I told her that I never received a phone call from the "Production Team", and I certainly had not agreed to wait another week to have the watch picked up, because I am a capable person who can get to UPS to drop off THEIR screw up.

Oh yeah, I was also told that I was not allowed to use the Peach watch, because THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT BACK AND SHIP ME THE CORRECT WATCH if i used it. WTF?!?! I didn't screw this up, they did.

So, she sent a request to the "Production Team" to EMAIL me a packing slip for UPS for me to ship the watch back. Then I was told that this may take A WEEK. A WEEK?!?! TO SEND AN EMAIL?!?!?!?!? WHAT?!?!?!?

My job is crazy busy, so the week flew by. As of this morning, Friday June 15, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT BLASTED EMAIL!!!! Can you believe it, because I cannot. It has been NINE BUSINESS DAYS, AND NO EMAIL. I am absolutely amazed that these Bozo's can't send an EMAIL in NINE BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!

As of a few minutes ago, I have now spoken to a "Customer Service" manager, who is going to call the "Production Team" when they get in at 9am. "Customer Service" is there 24/7, but the "Production Team" apparently only works 9 - 5. Oh wait, I take that back, apparently the "Production Team" doesn't actually do any work, because they aren't capable of sending an email withing a nine day period. Maybe they should swap working hours.

And just another note, don't bother calling "Customer Service" to check on your order. Why, you ask? Because all they can do is pull up the EXACT SAME WEB PAGE that we pull up as customers. Yep, they are paid to answer the phone and then tell me what the website (the one that I already looked at) says. Because this particular "Customer Service" rep said, and I quote, "I can only see what you see on the website". And again I say, WHAT?!?! WHY ARE THEY PAYING YOU?

Maybe scorecard rewards should train their "Customer Service" people to be members of the "Production Team" , so that SOMEONE in that company could actually HELP THE CUSTOMERS.

So, dear consumers, if you have scorecard rewards with your bank or credit union, please learn from my mistake and don't actually order merchandise from them. Just get credits to your bank account.

DECEPTIVE REWARDS PROGRAM

"I am beyond heartsick as I write this...I contacted a Representative from ScoreCard Rewards (SCR) who was absolutely wonderful - actually - she was EXCELLENT! I contacted them 5-9-2018 regarding an email I received this morning regarding bonus points expiring. I was dumbfounded to say the least that SCR has been deducting random points monthly on a regular basis. I happened to ask the Representative to direct me as to where I could find this information on the website and she replied that she would have to pull up the "schedule" on her computer - which customers do not have access to. She began to give me a breakdown from 5/31/2018 to 12/31/2018 of points automatically deducted from my account, for example: 5/31-1,610; 6/30-2,578; 7/21-722; 8/31-1,149; 9/30-2,637; 10/31-828; 11/30-34; and 12/31-223. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE is this stated. Then the Representative said, "Let me check your history to see what's been deducted since January 2018. She GASPED (an understatement) and said, "Oh Mrs. Dillard, I am so sorry to have to tell you this, but you've had 98,682 points deducted since the beginning of the year!". Trust me when I say that the Rep was SHOCKED! I do not need to elaborate on the sick and devastated feeling that immediately came over me upon hearing the Representative say this!!! I can still hear her reaction. She apologized profusely; her actions were congruent with her behavior. I told the Rep that I thought their point system was like that of AMEX whose points never expire as I had been saving points to take our family on a vacation. Not happening.

I was going to write SCR in Tampa but decided to google reviews on them instead. Hence, this website came up. I want to let each person know that writing their reviews were deeply appreciated AND have saved me and my family from future grief, financially and otherwise. I am beyond grateful for the time you took to post. SCR's actions and reactions are inexcusable. The experiences are exactly like those of Teleflora! It is unfathomable that companies are allowed to do business.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. TRAPPED IN BARBADOS!!!!!

"I booked a cruise in November for February. I used 34,000 points for this curise. It leaft from San Juan. A week before my departure I receive a letter stating my cruise is a one way. And I am no longer in my time frame to cancel the trip and rebook. I NEVER BOOKED A ONE WAY. Some 7 day roundtrip tickts cost 34,000 points. Why would I book a one way with the same amount of points. I wold never. AFTER 12 CALLS, I was told it is nothing they can do. I was left stranded and stuck with a $600 one way plane ticket from Barbados. "

RIP OFF!!!!!

"I received an email for a drawing to win Super Bowl tickets. Each entry was 2000 points. I submitted one entry. Scorecards applied 40,000 of my points! When I called to report the error, I was told it was my error and that the points could not be reinstated. They ****!"

Horrible Horrible Experience...and it's not over yet!!!

"Ordered a drone on 12/10/17 it arrived on 12/19/17. maybe I am spoiled my Amazon but 9 day is ridiculous!!
This drone was listed for $59.00 on Amazon, so it was not cheap. It stopped working on January 4, 2018. I called Score Card Rewards on 1/5/18 (Friday) for a return. I was told the drone would be picked up on 1/8/18 (Monday) by UPS. I was told' either be home or leave the package on the porch. When the drone was not picked up I called again on 1/9/18. This time I was told "the production department needs to review the paper work and it will take 3 to 5 business days for a decision! Again, maybe I am spoiled by Amazon, but this process is totally incompetent. This is a very negative review and if I could rate lower than one star I certainly would. However, if you have not ordered from Score Card Rewards yet my son gave me a piece of advice that might be helpful. Only get Amazon gift cards then order from Amazon.

I will update this review when and/or if I get my refund.

"Junk, junk and more junk! Overpriced (no such thing as free), cheap merchandise .. don't waste your time and be suspect of a financial institution that uses this as a "reward". This is not a bonus, it is a rip-off."

The Score Card Rewards program doesn't care about customers

"The Score Card Rewards program reflects ALL problems to someone else. They will continually refer back to their "policy" while denying any help, return emails, or follow up. Then they will ask, "Is there any other matter I can help you with?" Umm, yes, please help me with my original concern! Don't waste your time on using your points for anything besides maybe golf balls since you know those items will work. DO NOT use them for hotels, flights, or any merchandise that could malfunction. "

"I booked La Quinta Inn Savannah Midtown and it was horrible. Either someone had been smoking in the room or they had allowed animals in it. My head started hurting as soon as we walked in the hotel room. Dogs barked for hours in a room below us. We could hear traffic all night. We will never go there again."

"What a terrible experience! Typical Bait-and-Switch merchant. Do not waste your time with these people. For my wife and me, a simple plane ticket purchase turned into a nightmare. I spent over 20 hours speaking with their representatives in addition to trying to arrange the trip myself online, and I almost ended up paying more than a regular ticket cost through any other travel agent would be. Simply, they are unreliable, and they tend to advertise non-existent travel deals."
