"I did have issues with my purchase which were resolved to my satisfactin by Savvy Boaters. Since they out-sourced the merchadice I bought, they could not be held totally responsible. I purchased a bimini top with Stainless Steel up-grade and was to include the boot. The boot was not shipped with my order (still waiting for it) I was under the impression that Stainless Steel was non-magnetic and thought the up-grade fittings were of less quality because they were magnetic. I found out later that some stainless steel is indeed magnetic but provide a stronger service for the application. The stainless fittings also have a limited mounting application, not like the nylon mounting hardware."

"I paid for the "radius"ed pontoon ladder to go on the front of my Euro Harris Floatbote. However, when it came in, I was out of town, and my husband installed it without telling me. Turns out, the ladder we received was the flat front ladder instead. We have modified it to fit our boat, but if you order a ladder, make sure it's the ladder you truly ordered. Oh, and Savvyboater sent me an email that the ladder was being shipped with a tracking number, when in actuality, they didn't have the ladder instock. The ladder didn't arrive until 7 days after the tracking number indicated it should."
