On 10/24/15, I happened to be price shopping a Britax Pinnacle booster carseat for my daughter. A Google ad came up for this company, and since I'd never heard of them, I did some 2 1/2 hrs of research, then finally called Paypal to ask about them. Paypal stated they did do biz w/them, so I took the plunge and paid $210 for the seat that was listed "in stock", a real steal. Few days go by, no shipping notice. Week goes by, no shipping notice. Emailed "customer service" to find out what the deal was...told they were "back-ordered." That's not what your site says! Almost two weeks and eleven emails later (no one answers their phone, just rings) I was done and demanded my money back. The refund was the only thing I'd give them more than 1 star for. Shop here at your own risk, but I highly advise to use Paypal...putting your card info in these jokers hands is playing Russian roulette with "Peter." "
