"I placed an order online 11/8/04. Their website states they ship the next day, they will email me the USPS tracking number, and I'll receive the product in 3-5 days. As of 11/16/04, I have received no delivery, no email with a tracking number and they do not answer emails to customer service. Their customer service phone line is always busy, day and night. They did, however, withdraw the $113 for my order from my bank acount on 11/10/04. This is either very poor customer service or outright fraud. I don't know which because they won't respond. (PS: The order did arrive on 11/17/04. The product is excellent. My only complaint now is their claim that they ship in 2-5 days which is obviously not true, and their failure to notify me that my order would be late. Because of the many stories about fraud on the web, I think it is especially important to keep your customers informed about the status of their order, so they don't get nervous about the posssibility that they've been cheated)."

"On 9/02/2003 I ordered a Braun 3D Excel toothbrush. I rceived an e-mail on 9/15/03 advising me that my order had been processed and shipped on 09/12/2003 - tracking # 910184193242400121297. On 9/27/03 I e-mailed USPS TO TRACK MY ORDER. They responded that they were electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on 9/12/2003 to expect my package for mailing. On 10/03 I called your 1-***-***-**** and spoke to Jonathan. He explained that the ordered was processed; however,the warehouse's inventory was wrong; therefore my toothbrush was not shipped, and my Visa account would be credited the $63.90. NOthing happended. Iagain called on 10/21 and left a message. Jonathan caled me back and told me that he would send me a money order for the amount due me. I thought this was very strange and asked him why he could not credit my Visa account. He said he could not do it that way???????. Obviously, I have not received the money order. I except to have a response to this e-mail within 2 days. If not, I will contact the proper authorities. With this type of service from vendors - the purchasing of items on line will collapse. "I ordered a Braun toothbrush from saveyoursmile.com on 7/29, was emailed that my order was being sent to the USPS on 8/12, and now it is 10/3 and I still don't have a toothbrush. I emailed the company several times and have not received one reply. The charge appeared on my credit card bill within the week I ordered the brush. I found these reviews and realize, I have company. I"m not the only one thoroughly disgusted with saveyoursmile.com (that is, save as in you WON'T be smiling when you deal with this company!)araugh."

"On 28 August My husband ordered a waterpic from this company, On 9-2 they removed the money from our account. On Sept 12th we get a letter stating a notice will arrive when our package was sent ups. UPS number was sent, but package has yest to be sent thru the system, so I am assuming that package has never been sent. I have emailed them twice and have called three times, never get a human on the other end and never get a return call.
I did write to them and ask how they could have so many happy customers with this type of service.
NO Reply! Went to the bank today and filed a complaint to get money back from company due to puting it on the Visa.
I would advise never using this company as it seems they are either having problems or they are scammers.

"I placed my order on 7/29/03. They billed my credit card on 7/30/03, but they did not ship my order. When I called for an order status around 8/8, I was told the product was backordered and should be received 8/13. They said they could cancel my credit card billing, but I "would lose my place in line", so I let the billing stand. The order confirmation e-mail that was sent when I placed my order claimed "You will receive an email with your USPS Tracking number when your package is shipped. You will receive another e-mail to notify you when your product has been delivered to your local post office." When I did not receive an e-mail by 8/16, I sent them an e-mail asking what was going on with my order. On 8/17 I received an e-mail that said my order had shipped on 8/13. The shipping method was Priority Mail. When I had not received my order by 8/23, I started calling and sending e-mails again. I could never reach a live person on the phone, and no one ever bothered to respond to my phone messages and e-mails. I finally gave up in frustration on 8/25/03. I called them and left a message cancelling my order, and I sent them an e-mail with the same information. I then went to my dental office and bought the product that I had been waiting for. Late that afternoon I received my saveyoursmile.com shipment. The postage label said it had shipped on 8/23/03. The package had a different tracking number than the one reported in the 8/17 e-mail. Since I had already unpackaged the other unit that I had purchased, I immediately took the saveyoursmile.com box to the post office and returned it to them via Priority Mail. I also sent them an e-mail telling them that I was returning their shipment. As of today (9/11/03) I still haven't seen my original purchase credited on my credit card, and have had no response to the e-mail that I sent two days ago. I called today and left another message on their answering machine. It cracks me up that they make such a big deal on their website about their supposedly superior customer service. I have never received worse service in my life! I strongly recommend that anyone who is considering ordering from saveyoursmile.com take their business elsewhere."

"On 4/27/02, I placed an order with the seller for a Braun 3D Excel electric toothbrush. My credit card was charged the following day which is usually a good sign since most sellers don't charge your credit card until your order is shipped. It is now two weeks later and no toothbrush!

During that time, in an effort to try to find out the status of my order,I have tried e-mail and got no response. Their "toll-free" telephone number, ***-***-****, has been disconnected.

Bottom line, I just got off of the phone with my credit card company to have the charges removed from my account.
