"I used their Fragrance Duplication service. However, I was very dissatisfied with the so called duplication they provided. When I informed them by phone, they repeat the duplication process for a second try, which is what was advertised on their web site. Now, we have not only lost a small amount of money but most importantly TIME!!!! I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I think they had NO INTENTION of duplicating the fragrance after one measly attempt. According to their web site, they were to try to duplicate the fragrance for several attempts within reason. However, after only a single attempt, the rude woman, who processed the duplication, was not willing to repeat the process for only a 2nd time. IF YOU WANT A BUSINEES THAT PROMOTES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXEMPLARY SERVICE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! "

"Communication was fine. They overcharge on shipping. Example- flat rate small box is $5.20 with usps, they charge over $6.00.
This was my first order with them. I bought some incense that smell weak in the bag but I have not burned them yet. I got their sniffie package and most of the oils smell weak. I even tested it on my skin. Since then I've read several reviews and most say their oils are weak. I keep reading that their scents are "hit or miss" and out of the 7 oils I received, I can agree... For me to order more, this incense needs to be amazing. I'll stick with my regular suppliers for fragrance oils.
Oh they did ship super fast though. That makes the extra dollar in shipping worth it. "

"I am very satisfied with their service. I ordered some perfume sample vials and was very pleased with how low the prices were... however, I was a bit turned off with their steep shipping prices, so in the end they are about the same as other merchants. I had email them first with a question and they wrote me back within a few short hours. So all in all, they seem very reliable. I got my shipment within 3 days too.
