"Ordered MyWeigh iBALANCE i2500 Scale 11-16-10. Received a prompt email that my payment was approved. Nothing since then. Scale not received yet. Emailed for status update and was informed the item was out of stock and they would refund my payment. Guess they never intended to inform me they didn't have the product and unless I emailed them they would have kept my money. Shady outfit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

"I ordered the scale, and didn't even get so much as confirmation email on purchase or order number.
I had to send a bunch of emails until they finally shipped it following week.
My scale came in and when I opened it the display faceplate is scratched and looking used. Contacted the seller right away and they advised they can replace it but I have to pay for shipping it back to them. So they shipped the item to me defective, and I have to pay to replace it?! Buy from Old Will Knot, they have a normal return/exchange policy, if an item is defective they will replace it at their cost."
"GOOD SERVICE, LOW PRICES. ALL IN ALL A GREAT BUY AND A GREAT COMPANY."
"Avoid this Merchant if you expect any customer service or response should there be a problem with your order. They list NO phone number on their website and claim that in order to give good "technical support" or "customer service" they have found that this is done best through email.
I received 3 scales that were promptly shipped and as advertised, however, one of the 3 would NOT sit flat because one of the 4 rubber feet was pushed in too far. Obviously, a precision scale that wobbles will not work correctly.
I sent them an email asking what I should do. I received a Form Letter type response stating that I had 2 days to send the scale back to them at my own expense. It was clear that no one even bothered to read my email, they just sent the form letter email.
I responded saying that if this was the sort of "technical support" or "customer service" they offered, I'd not be recommending them in the future or buying from them again, either. I received no response whatsoever.
I found out, myself, that I could pry off the rubber foot of the scale, put a little silicone glue in there, then put the foot back on and get the scale to be level. Of course, I knew nothing about the scale when I attempted to do this and it was 100% at my risk, but I chose to do this rather than pay $8 or so to send it back at my own expense given that it cost around $30 to begin with. One would think that maybe they might know their merchandise well enough to have suggested a fix like this, themselves, that is, had they bothered to even read my email.
Do NOT buy from merchants who don't list their phone numbers and who cannot be contacted, such as this one. Avoid this merchant because whatever tiny savings you might get is not worth the aggravation should you have a problem with your order."
"Horrible Customer Service, nobody there to answer the phones, email responded to in a week or so..
.
Well over a week to recieve an invoice, payed within 24 hours, another week before shipping defective product, contacted immediately, another week waiting for them to send another. They send out used/damaged product to replace my first defective product, I contact them again immediately, and have been waiting for a week again.. It has now been a month and I still don't have the product that I purchased.
Gold Seal Merchant that brags about customer support... Manufacturer of the scale has same practices of not answering their phones, located in the same area code of Phoenix, AZ..
I am glad that I purchased this scale because of the great warranty and the customer service that they brag about..
I would stay away from MY WEIGH scales and SAVE ON SCALES if you want any type of customer service.
Tired of their BS,
Robin Young
