I was unable to install microsoft word for Mac. Tech service tried their best, but I could not open the program. Daniel from tech called and tried to walk me through the process. I still could not do it as my computer was missing a certain element. He then took control of my computer and zipped around the screen and presto there was the program. He opened it and checked to see all programs were working properly and now I'm all set. Without his assistance, I never could have done it. A good company to deal with. Barry"

My only negative is that I haven't received my backup thumb drive yet, and in fact got a system-generated email wanting me to buy another one. The USPS is kind of slow, so I haven't given up hope."
