They were extremely considerate and even installed and patched a bunch of games I had purchased.
I had an issue with bad electricals in my house, and an engineer came round three times to fix the system, finally they even purchased a UPS for me to clean the supply and made sure everything worked.
Added touch was when they gave me a courtesy call a week later to see if everything was working well. "
