"Great product. Rented a Inmarsat Satellite phone to take down the Colorado river in the grand canyon. We had reception most of the time and my young daughter could talk to her mommy. She (10yrs old) even could text as the phone was easy to understand. Battery life was enough for 10 days with 2 uses per night. Glad I took instructions with us as I forgot to enter the + sign before you dial the number. I would recommend this product if you need a sat phone. Case was awesome and very protective. R"

"I rented an iSatPhone for use in Canada for use in June of 2011. I was dissapointed in this product. I found the connection very unstable. I could send email but seldom held a connection that enabled conversation. Of the multiple conversations attempted I was sucessful on 3. Numerous calls were the caller was told the phone was dissconected. had many instaces were i would answer the phone without a connection. and had a number of calls i was unable on and the message was network error. i had a number of voicemails left and was never able to access them. Overall a dissapointing experience and one i will not repeat. "
